COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course is intended to teach skills and techniques useful in college.
In addition to introducing the students to campus resources,
topics will include study techniques, test taking,
time and money management, wellness,
note taking, working in teams, using
word processors and spreadsheets,
and preparing presentations.

GRADING

The grade in this course will be based on on the number of missed in-class activities and homework assignments.
Certain assignments will require students to work in teams of three to four. Students will be given the opportunity to turn in ONE late assignment up to a week after the due date.
